Version 1.0 has been tested with WordPress 3.5.1 successfully. Enhancements in this version include:
  • Added shipping zone names form
  • Added shipping link form
  • Added email tweaks (send the admin email and the customer email to additional recipients)
  • Several PHP Notices fixed
